Plaine Products is introducing a revolutionary idea in the war against plastic. Not only do you receive a non-toxic personal care product that’s free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates and GMO’s, but you’re removing one less plastic product from your life as well as from the landfill. Investing in the circular economy is the way of the future–and Plaine Products is well on their way! Each bottle ships to your door plastic free, and empty bottles are sent back to Plaine Products to be refilled and reused (Return Label included in order). Even if you don’t send the bottle back, it can be recycled in most curbside recycling programs! Because of Plaine Products, the oceans, environment and landfills will have a little less plastic to worry about.
If you are switching to this shampoo after using one that had sulfates, let your hair adjust for at least a week or two. This shampoo has no detergents in it so instead of washing away all of your natural oils in your hair, it balances your oil production while removing the excess.
I have found I barely need to use the conditioner in my hair since you are not stripping your hair with the shampoo and instead it is hydrating and nourishing my hair (Everybody's hair is different though so make sure to figure out what works for you).
These hair products are not diluted with water meaning you are getting a very concentrated formula and not as much is needed at a time (I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and the bottle will likely last me 6 months or longer).
