Fee Schedule
Dr. Nancy Lach is available for a free consultation to determine if one is likely to benefit from a nutrition program and/or coaching.
An initial appointment includes comprehensive paperwork and a symptom survey followed by a detailed consultation. It also consists of a review of diet, lab results, surgeries and medications and/or vitamins currently on. This time that the doctor spends with the new patient determines recommendations for care.
This is typically done in two parts .............
Part 2 is where the doctor reviews the findings and recommendations, and together you discuss whether or not this is the right path for you.
The total cost of the Two Part Evaluation is $145.
The cost of ongoing care, if it is to be pursued, is thoroughly discussed during part 2.
While Nutrition Response Testing identifies and addresses the ROOT CAUSE of symptoms, it does not involve "diagnosing " or "treating" the patient, therefore, insurance will typically not cover these services.
For patients that have Flex Spending or HSA accounts, a letter of "medical necessity " will be provided upon request for reimbursement or use of these funds to pay for both services and supplements at our office. In addition, services and supplements are fully tax deductible since they are provided by a physician.
