Coaching and nutrition programs are tailored to each individual. Length of program and therefore investment level depends on each ones specific health needs.
For those that qualify for patient care, an initial evaluation includes a review of comprehensive paperwork and a symptom survey followed by a thorough consultation. Also included is a review of diet, lab results, surgeries and medications and/or vitamins currently taking. The doctor will then present recommendations for achieving health goals if working together is a good fit.
This initial evaluation is $245.
The cost of ongoing care, if it is to be pursued, is thoroughly discussed before beginning your healing program.
While this approach identifies and addresses the ROOT CAUSE of symptoms, it does not involve "diagnosing " or "treating" the patient, therefore, insurance will typically not cover these services.
For patients that have Flex Spending or HSA accounts, a letter of "medical necessity " will be provided upon request for reimbursement or use of these funds to pay for both services and supplements at our office. In addition, services and supplements are fully tax deductible since they are provided by a physician.
