- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 4 Cups Water
- Optional:
- Couple Dates
- Pinch of Salk
- Vanilla Extract
- Blend all the ingredients. Add the oats, water, and any additional sweeteners to a high powered blender. Then blend for 20-30 seconds (make sure not to over blend).
- Strain the mixture. Pour it through a nut milk bag or thin towel over a large mixing bowl or pitcher. Optional to double strain the mixture to make sure all the sediment is removed.
- Store the oat milk. Transfer the oat milk to a sealed container and store it in the fridge. Shake before each use.
Tips:
- Make sure to use cold water, you don't want mixture to get warm.
- Do not soak Oats
- Store in Fridge and use within a week
- You can add the leftover oat pulp to cookies, granola , or to any smoothie for a nutrient and protein boost.

- Fruit - Banana, Wild Blueberries, Mango, Strawberries, cherries
- Herbs - Cilantro, Parsley, Mint, Basil
- Liquids - *Unsweetened Almond, Coconut, Oat &/or Hemp Milk, or Water or Diluted Juice
- For further detox - add dulse flakes or spirulina powder - always start with small amounts - gradually increase. (best to get muscle tested to find out which of these you would tolerate before adding)
